EMPLOYEES REQUIRED TO WORK ON A PAID HOLIDAY. An employee who works on a paid holiday shall receive double time for all hours worked on that day and the holiday shall be rescheduled to a time mutually agreeable to the employee and the College (per Article 14.03(d) (Overtime Compensation)).
