Common use of Employees Who Entered the Bargaining Unit before July 1, 2013 Clause in Contracts

Employees Who Entered the Bargaining Unit before July 1, 2013. The Employer shall provide those employees who entered the bargaining unit before July 1, 2013, and who separate for purposes of retirement on or after said date and who receive benefits under the Monroe County Employees Retirement System Ordinance the following health care benefits, as provided in paragraph (1) below and the Monroe County Retiree Health Care plan. The Spouse and eligible dependents of such employee shall be eligible for retiree health care benefits as provided in paragraph (2) below and the Monroe County Retiree Health Care plan.
