Common use of Employer Contribution Amount--Full-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

Employer Contribution Amount--Full-Time Employees. Each eligible employee covered by this Agreement who is employed full time and who selects employee insurance coverage, the Employer agrees to contribute the cost of such coverage or $650 per month, whichever is less. For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,225 per month, whichever is less. 1.5.1 Effective January 1, 2017, for each eligible employee covered by this Agreement who is employed full time and who selects employee insurance coverage, the Employer agrees to contribute the cost of such coverage or $655 per month, whichever is less. For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,250 per month, whichever is less. 1.5.2 Effective January 1, 2018, for each eligible employee covered by this Agreement who is employed full time and who selects employee insurance coverage, the Employer agrees to contribute the cost of such coverage or $670 per month, whichever is less. For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,285 per month, whichever is less.

For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,285 1,605 per month, whichever is less. 1.5.3 Effective January 1, 2026, for each eligible employee covered by this Agreement who is employed full time and who selects employee insurance coverage, the Employer agrees to contribute the cost of such coverage or $820 per month, whichever is less. For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,655 per month, whichever is less.

For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,390 per month, whichever is less.

For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,330 per month, whichever is less. 1.5.2 Effective January 1, 2019, for each eligible employee covered by this Agreement who is employed full time and who selects employee insurance coverage, the Employer agrees to contribute the cost of such coverage or $653 per month, whichever is less. For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,375 per month, whichever is less.

For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,250 670 per month, whichever is less. 1.5.2 Effective January 1, 20182006, for each eligible employee covered by this Agreement who is employed full full-time and who selects employee insurance coverage, the Employer agrees to contribute the cost of such coverage or $670 420 per month, whichever is less. For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,285 740 per month, whichever is less.

For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $470 per month, whichever is less.
