Common use of Employer Held Harmless Clause in Contracts

Employer Held Harmless. The Union agrees that it will indemnify, defend and save the Employer and the Agency harmless from all suits, actions, proceedings, and claims against the Employer and the Agency or person(s) acting on behalf of the Employer and the Agency whether for damage, compensation, reinstatement, or combination thereof arising out the Agency's implementation of this Article.

Employer Held Harmless. The Union agrees that it will indemnify, defend and save the Employer and the Agency OMD harmless from all suits, actions, proceedings, and claims against the Employer and the Agency OMD or person(s) acting on behalf of the Employer and the Agency OMD whether for damage, compensation, reinstatement, or combination thereof arising out the AgencyOMD's implementation of this Article.

Employer Held Harmless. The Union agrees that it will indemnify, defend and save hold the Employer completely free and harmless and fully indemnify the Agency harmless Employer from all suitsany claims, actions, proceedingsdamages, and claims against the Employer and the Agency suits or person(s) acting on behalf costs of the Employer and the Agency whether for damageany type, compensation, reinstatementattorney’s fees, or combination thereof arising out the Agency's implementation of proceedings related in any way to deduction, terminations or other actions pursuant to this Article.

The It is further agreed that the Union agrees that it will shall defend, indemnify, defend and save the Employer harmless against and the Agency harmless from any and all suitsclaims, actionsdemands, proceedings, and claims against the Employer and the Agency suits or person(s) acting on behalf other forms of liability that may arise out of or by reason of the Employer and provisions of the Agency whether for damageinitiation fees, compensationdues, reinstatementcollection or agency initiation dues, as herein or combination thereof arising out the Agency's implementation of this Articlehereafter provided.

Employer Held Harmless. The Union hereby agrees that it will indemnify, defend and save to hold the Employer harmless from any and all liabilities or damages which may arise from the performance of its obligations under this article and the Agency harmless from all suits, actions, proceedings, and claims against Union shall indemnify the Employer and the Agency for any such liabilities or person(s) acting on behalf of the Employer and the Agency whether for damage, compensation, reinstatement, or combination thereof arising out the Agency's implementation of this Articledamages that may arise.

Employer Held Harmless. The Union agrees that it will indemnify, to defend and save hold the Employer harmless against all claims and the Agency harmless from all suits, actions, proceedings, and claims against demands should any person at any time contend or claim that the Employer and has acted wrongfully or illegally in making the Agency or person(s) acting on behalf of the Employer and the Agency whether aforementioned deductions for damage, compensation, reinstatement, or combination thereof arising out the Agency's implementation of this ArticleUnion dues.

Employer Held Harmless.
