EMPLOYER NOTIFICATION OF INJURED MEMBERS. The employer will notify the Union of the names of any members of the bargaining unit who are off work as a result of a work-related injury. The employer will provide the employee with a copy of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Form 7 at the same time as it is sent to the WSIB. The employer will provide the Union with incident report summaries associated with work related injuries or illnesses.
