Employer Obligations During Probation Period. (a) The Employer shall inform a probationary employee of the standards, which he/she is expected to meet during the probation period and the probationary employee will be given a written progress report on at least two separate occasions during the probationary period. (b) Upon successful completion of the probation period the employee will receive written confirmation of the same with a copy sent to the Union.
