Common use of Employer Required Courses Clause in Contracts

Employer Required Courses. (a) Where the Employer requires an Employee to take training or refresher courses, the Employee shall be granted leave with pay to attend the course. (b) The Employer shall bear the full expenses of the course. This shall include tuition, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees and course required books. The Employer shall also reimburse the Employee for his/her travelling costs, subsistence and legitimate expenses where applicable. (c) The cost of Employer Required Courses will not be subject to the Educational Assistance Fund.
