Employer Required Courses. ‌ (a) Where the Employer requires the employee to take training or refresher courses or attain or maintain particular levels of occupational licensing or certification, the employee shall be granted leave with pay to attend the course. (b) The Employer shall bear the full expenses associated with the course or occupational training. This shall include tuition, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees and course-required books, etcetera. The Employer shall also reimburse the employee for her/his travelling costs, subsistence and legitimate expenses where applicable.
