Employers of 10 or Less Plumbing Industry Employees. An Employee may be required to work on a rostered day due to the absence, because of pressing domestic or personal necessity, of another employee who was rostered to work on that day. In such cases the Employee will nominate another day to take off at mutual convenience. All provisions of this Agreement will apply as if such day was the rostered day.

  • Office Employees The normal work week shall consist of five (5) seven (7) hour days from Monday to Friday inclusive.

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked. The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime.   • CASUAL SENIORITY EMPLOYEE LIST On or before September 1, 2016, School Boards shall establish a seniority list for casual/temporary employees, where a list does not currently exist. This will be a separate list from permanent employees and shall have as its sole purpose to track length of service with the Board. Further, the list shall have no other force or effect on local collective agreements other than those that may already exist for casual/temporary employees in the 2008-12 local collective agreement.

  • COUNTY EMPLOYEES No Arlington County employee may share in any part of this Contract or receive any benefit from the Contract that is not available to the general public.
