Supervisory Employees definition

Supervisory Employees means any of the Paragon employees specified on Exhibit F, or their respective successors.
Supervisory Employees means Eligible Employees, as defined in Section 1.3(i), who are paid on a salaried basis, including executives.
Supervisory Employees or "supervisor" means any individual having authority, in the interest of a Tribal Employer to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline other employees, or responsibly to direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or effectively to recommend such action, if in connection with the foregoing the exercise of such authority is not of a merely routine or clerical nature, but requires the use of independent judgment.

Supervisory Employees are defined in Section 4.2.2.
Supervisory Employees means employees of the District having authority to do any of the following: hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, demote, discharge, assign, reward or discipline other employees, or responsibility to direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or to effectively recommend such action, where the exercise of such authority requires the use of independent judgment.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
