EMPLOYER’S RIGHTS AND FUNCTIONS. 8.1 The Association recognizes that it is the right of the Employer to exercise the regular and customary functions of management to direct the workforce to ensure that the purpose(s) of their employment are fulfilled expeditiously, effectively and efficiently. The Employer further agrees to copy to the Association all circulars to the Ministry of Health affecting the professional conduct of employees.
