Employment Clarification. It may occur from time to time that an employee of Landlord may work temporarily for Tenant, or an employee of Tenant may work temporarily for Landlord. In every case, full employment records must be kept on these employees by both parties, and the employee must log off one party’s payroll and log onto the other party’s payroll, prior to commencing work.

  • Release of Employment Claims Executive agrees, as a condition to receipt of the termination payments and benefits provided hereunder, that he will execute a release agreement, in a form satisfactory to the Company, releasing any and all claims arising out of Executive's employment (other than claims made pursuant to any indemnities provided under the articles or by-laws of the Company, under any directors or officers liability insurance policies maintained by the Company or enforcement of this Termination Agreement).

  • Post-Employment Cooperation Executive agrees to fully cooperate with the Employer in the defense or prosecution of any claims or actions now in existence or which may be brought in the future against or on behalf of the Employer which relate to events or occurrences that transpired or which failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer. Executive also agrees to cooperate fully with the Employer in connection with any internal investigation or review, or any investigation or review by any federal, state or local regulatory authority, relating to events or occurrences that transpired or failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer. Executive’s full cooperation in connection with such matters shall include, but not be limited to, providing information to counsel, being available to meet with counsel to prepare for discovery or trial and acting as a witness on behalf of the Employer at a mutually convenient times.

  • Acceptance of Employment; Standard of Performance The Subadviser accepts its employment as a discretionary series adviser of the Designated Series and agrees to use its best professional judgment to make investment decisions for the Designated Series in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and as set forth in Schedule D attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Employment Categories (a) Employees under this Agreement will be employed in one of the following categories: (i) full-time; (ii) part time; or (iii) casual. (b) At the time of engagement an employer will inform each employee whether they are employed on a full-time, part time or casual basis.   • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with Employer policies and available resources. 9.2 Attendance at employer-required training will be considered time worked. The Employer will make reasonable attempts to schedule employer-required training during an employee’s regular work shift. The Employer will pay the registration and associated travel costs in accordance with Article 23, Travel, for employer-required training.

  • Scope of Employment (a) During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be responsible for the performance of those duties consistent with the Executive’s position as General Counsel, in addition to such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to the Executive by the Company. The Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall perform and discharge faithfully, diligently, and to the best of the Executive’s ability, the Executive’s duties and responsibilities hereunder. (b) The Executive agrees to devote the Executive’s full business time, best efforts, skill, knowledge, attention and energies to the advancement of the business and interests of the Company and to the performance of the Executive’s duties and responsibilities as an employee of the Company; provided that the Executive may (i) engage in charitable, educational, religious, civic and similar types of activities and (ii) serve on the board of directors of for-profit business enterprises, provided that in each case such service is approved by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) prior to commencement thereof in the Board’s sole discretion and only to the extent that such activities are not competitive with the business of the Company and do not individually or in the aggregate inhibit, interfere with, or prohibit the timely performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder, and do not create a potential business or fiduciary conflict. The Executive agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, instructions, personnel practices, and policies of the Company, as well as any applicable codes of ethics or business conduct, and any changes therein that may be adopted from time to time by the Company. (c) The Executive represents and warrants to the Company that the Executive is under no obligations or commitments, whether contractual or otherwise, that are inconsistent with the Executive’s obligations under this Agreement. In connection with the Executive’s employment hereunder, the Executive shall not use or disclose any trade secrets or other proprietary information or intellectual property in which the Executive or any other person or entity has any right, title or interest, and Executive’s employment with the Company will not infringe or violate the rights of any other person or entity. The Executive represents and warrants to the Company that the Executive has returned all property and confidential information belonging to any prior employer.

  • Supported Employment Reporting After the DORS consumer has completed the first month of Supported Employment job coaching and monthly thereafter, LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES shall complete the Employment Service Progress Form (Attachment D). The Form is required each month whether LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES is sending an invoice to DORS or not.

  • Secondary Employment A. For any employee entitled to disability leave, the employer shall pay the covered employee compensation in accordance with section 10.2 governing disability leave. B. The employer shall pay compensation for the period that the covered employee is entitled to disability leave for a maximum period of eighteen (18) months, except as set forth in 10.2(b) and 10.3(b). C. The employee shall be eligible for compensation for such disability leave if the employee is temporarily disabled from the duties of the public safety employment that gave rise to the injury, regardless or whether the employee engages in secondary employment, provided that: 1. The secondary employment commenced prior to the injury; 2. The duties of the secondary employment are not likely to cause delay or preclude full recovery and return to work as certified by the FROMS physician and such employment is approved by the Fire Chief. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Employment Information A written form will be used to specify initial conditions of hiring (including number of hours to be worked, rate of pay, unit and shift). Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees will be given written confirmation of a change in status or separation in accordance with University of Washington policy. Upon request to their immediate supervisor, records shall be readily available for employees to determine their number of hours worked, rate of pay, sick leave accrued and vacation accrued.

  • NON-DISCRIMINATION IN HIRING AND EMPLOYMENT Competitive Supplier agrees to conduct its operations and activities under this ESA in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws regarding non-discrimination in hiring and employment of employees.
