Common use of Employment Confirmation Clause in Contracts

Employment Confirmation. Employees subject to this Agreement will receive confirmation of employment, including applicable conditions as to assignment, classification and benefits as soon as practicable after District action to hire. The employee will be notified, in writing, two (2) weeks prior to implementation of any change in assignment initiated by the District after initial employment, except in cases of emergency.
