Common use of Employment Duties Clause in Contracts

Employment Duties. During the Employment Term, the Company will employ the Executive as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, a senior executive position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company. The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct the operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management and delivery of home care and adult day care services and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Employment Duties. During the Employment Term, the Company will employ the Executive as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Executive Officer, a senior executive position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors (the “CEOBoard of Directors”) of the CompanyAddus HomeCare Corporation (“Addus HomeCare”). The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct the operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management management, marketing and delivery of home care and adult day care services and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as President and Chief Operating Executive Officer of the Company.

Employment Duties. During the Employment Term, the Company will employ the Executive as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Human Resources Officer, a senior executive position that reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) of the Company. The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct those reflected in the operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management and delivery of home care and adult day care services and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Operating Officer of the Companyemployment description set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

Employment Duties. The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct the operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management and delivery of home care and adult day care services and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Operating Legal Officer of the Company.

Employment Duties. During the Employment Term, the Company will employ the Executive as its Executive Vice President and - Chief Operating Human Resource Officer, a senior executive position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company. The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct the operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management and delivery of home care and adult day care services and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Operating Human Resource Officer of the Company.

The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct the operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management and delivery of home care and adult day care services and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Operating Development Officer of the Company.

During the Employment Term, the Company will employ the Executive as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Development Officer, a senior executive position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company. The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct the operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management and delivery of home care and adult day care services [ ] and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Operating Development Officer of the Company.

Employment Duties. During the Employment Term, the Company will employ the Executive as its Executive Vice President and - Chief Operating Information Officer, a senior executive position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company. The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct the operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management and delivery of home care and adult day care services and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Operating Information Officer of the Company.

Employment Duties. During the Employment Term, the Company will employ the Executive as its Executive Vice President and - Chief Operating Development Officer, a senior executive position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company. The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct the applicable operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management and delivery of home care and adult day care services and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him him/her by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Operating Development Officer of the Company.

Employment Duties. During the Employment Term, the Company will employ the Executive as its Executive Vice President - Chief Compliance and Chief Operating Quality Officer, a senior executive position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company. The Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be to oversee and direct the operations of the Addus HealthCare Group including the management and delivery of home care and adult day care services and the performance of such other executive duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him him/her by the CEO or the Board of Directors and are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Operating Compliance and Quality Officer of the Company.
