Employment Is At-Will. Executive and Xxxxxx acknowledge and agree that Executive is an “at will” employee, which means that either Executive or Xxxxxx may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice, and that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as an express or implied contract of employment.
Employment Is At-Will. Employee’s employment with Employer is “at will” and is terminable by Employer or by Employee at any time and for any reason or no reason, subject to the notice requirements set forth below.

Employee acknowledges that this Agreement does not create any obligation on Employee’s part to work for the Company, or on the part of the Company to employ Employee, for any fixed period of time. Employment is at-will and may be terminated at any time with or without “Cause” (as defined below) and without providing a reason for such termination.

Subject to the notice requirement in Section 12 of this Agreement, the Employee is employed at the will of the Village, and nothing in this Agreement shall create any property right in her or any other right to the continuation of her employment with the Village. No act of the Village Board, the Village President, any Village Board member, any Village employee, or any legal representative or other agent of the Village shall create any such property right or any such other right unless specifically ratified in writing by the Village Board.
Employment Is At-Will. Teammate’s employment with Employer is “at will” and is terminable by Employer or by Teammate at any time and for any reason or no reason, subject to the notice requirements set forth below.
Employment Is At-Will. This means I am free to terminate my employment at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, and that Baxter has the same right to terminate my employment at any time, for any reason or no reason at all. I further understand that any policy, rule or practice of Baxter does not alter the at-will nature of employment.
Employment Is At-Will. You acknowledge that your employment with SHO during the Term is At Will, which SHO acknowledges does not limit its obligations to you in paragraph 2.
Employment Is At-Will. In particular, Rockford and Executive acknowledge that Executive’s employment is and will continue to be at-will, as defined under applicable law. Either Rockford or Executive may terminate this Agreement and Executive’s employment at any time for any reason by giving written notice of termination.
