Common use of Employment Protection Provisions Clause in Contracts

Employment Protection Provisions. 9.1.1 ‘Restructuring’ is given the same definition as in section 69OI of the Employment Relations Act 2000 and includes: (a) Contracting out; or (b) Selling or transferring the employer’s business (or part of it) to another person; but excludes mergers, and school reorganisations as defined in Appendix 4.
