Employment; Scope of Employment. Employee shall be employed as Chief Financial Officer of XXX, reporting to RBT’s Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Audit Committee (“Audit Committee”) of RBT’s Board of Directors (“Board”). XXX reserves the exclusive right to designate and modify Employee’s specific duties from time to time in any manner consistent with Employee’s status as Chief Financial Officer. No modification or change of Employee’s responsibilities and/or duties shall modify, change or revoke any provision of this Agreement.
Employment; Scope of Employment. Employee shall act as the Chief Operating Officer of NutraCea. NutraCea reserves the exclusive right to modify and designate Employee’s specific duties from time to time in any manner consistent with Employee’s status as Chief Operating Officer. No modification or change of Employee’s responsibilities and/or duties shall modify, change or revoke any provision of this Agreement.
Employment; Scope of Employment. Employee shall be employed as the Director of Energy Projects & Finance of OCTuS, and shall have the authority, and the duties and responsibilities as are assigned or modified by OCTuS’ Board of Directors, provided, that such authority, and duties and responsibilities shall be commensurate and consistent with Employee’s position.
Employment; Scope of Employment. Employee shall be employed as Chief Executive Officer of XXX, reporting to RBT’s Board of Directors (“Board”). XXX reserves the exclusive right to designate and modify Employee’s specific duties from time to time in any manner consistent with Employee’s status as Chief Executive Officer. No modification or change of Employee’s responsibilities and/or duties shall modify, change or revoke any provision of this Agreement.
Employment; Scope of Employment. Employee shall act as the Senior Vice President of Sales of NutraCea. The duties of Employee shall include but not be limited those duties set forth on the job description attached hereto as Exhibit A. NutraCea reserves the exclusive right to modify and designate Employee’s specific duties from time to time in any manner consistent with Employee’s status as Senior Vice President of Sales. In the event of a merger or acquisition of substantially all of the assets of NutraCea, a change of Employee’s title or supervisor shall not be deemed a material alteration to this Agreement.
Employment; Scope of Employment. Employee shall be employed as Senior Vice President of Sales of NutraCea. NutraCea reserves the exclusive right to designate and modify Employee’s specific duties from time to time in any manner consistent with Employee’s status as Senior Vice President of NutraCea. No modification or change of Employee’s responsibilities and/or duties shall modify, change or revoke any provision of this Agreement.
Employment; Scope of Employment. Employee shall be employed as the Chief Executive Officer of OCTuS, and shall have the authority, and the duties and responsibilities as are assigned or modified by OCTuS’ Board of Directors, provided, that such authority, and duties and responsibilities shall be commensurate and consistent with Employee’s position as CEO of OCTuS.
Employment; Scope of Employment. As of the Effective Date, Employee shall be employed as Senior Vice President of Contract Manufacturing of XXX and Chief Executive Officer of H&N, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Employee’s duties shall include overseeing the operations of H&N, which shall, upon the closing of the Purchase Agreement, be a wholly owned XXX subsidiary, and managing the development and production of healthy and natural products for health foods, supplements, nutraceutical and functional foods, medical foods and pharmaceuticals based principally on RBT’s proprietary and patented ingredients through H&N and third party manufacturing facilities. XXX reserves the exclusive right to designate and modify Employee’s specific duties from time to time in any manner consistent with Employee’s status as Senior Vice President of Contract Manufacturing and CEO of H&N. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Employee’s duties may include participating in presentations to product development and sales organizations of multi-level marketing companies such as Zurvita, NuSkin, Herbalife and other direct sales organizations. No modification or change of Employee’s responsibilities and/or duties shall modify, change or revoke any provision of this Agreement.

Effective as of June 15, 2010 (“Effective Date”), Employee shall be employed as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and an Executive Vice President of NutraCea, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of NutraCea’s Board of Directors (“Audit Committee”). NutraCea reserves the exclusive right to designate and modify Employee’s specific duties from time to time in any manner consistent with Employee’s status as Chief Financial Officer. No modification or change of Employee’s responsibilities and/or duties shall modify, change or revoke any provision of this Agreement.
