Common use of Employment Suitability Clause in Contracts

Employment Suitability. The Union understands that the Employer is subject to direction from their clients and other third parties with jurisdiction over the facility regarding background checks, pre and post employment drug testing, etc. If a governmental agency such as the Transportation Security Administration determines that an employee of the Employer is unacceptable, the Employer has no recourse but to terminate their employment.
