Employment; Title. The Bank agrees to employ Executive, and Executive accepts employment by the Bank on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive's title will be President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.
Employment; Title. The Bank agrees to employ Executive, and Executive accepts employment by the Bank on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive’s title will be Eastern Tennessee Market President.
Employment; Title. Employer hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with Employer, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive’s title shall be “Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer”.
Employment; Title. The Bank agrees to employ Executive, and Executive accepts employment by the Bank on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive’s title will be Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of North Cascades Bank, a division of the Bank (the “Division”).
Employment; Title. The Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and NewCo (the “Position”) during the Contract Period (as defined below).
Employment; Title. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive hereby accepts employment as Vice President – Mexico Markets of the Company under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors of the Company or such other person as the Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors shall designate, for the performance of his duties, and shall have responsibility for such duties as are customarily associated with his position and such other executive level duties and responsibilities, consistent therewith and with the status of a senior level executive of the Company, as may be assigned to the Executive by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company or the Board of Directors of the Company or such other person as the Board of Directors shall designate. The Executive shall not be required to live in Laredo, Texas, and in that regard shall only be required to be present in Laredo, Texas for an amount of time sufficient to discharge the Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Employment; Title. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Employee as the Company’s Chief Executive of its North America Technology Products Group, and the Employee hereby accepts such employment, effective on the date hereof, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Employee shall hold such other positions with the Company and/or its subsidiaries (collectively the “Systemax Companies”) as shall be reasonably requested by the “Reporting Person” (as defined below).
Employment; Title. Employer hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with Employer, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive’s title shall be “President and Chief Executive Officer” of AWBC and of the Bank.
Employment; Title. The Company hereby agrees to employ Employee as the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel (the “Title”), and Employee hereby accepts such employment, effective on the Commencement Date (as defined below), on the terms and conditions set forth herein. Employee shall hold such other positions with the Company as shall be reasonably requested by the “Reporting Person” (as defined below) so long as such other positions are reasonably consistent with Employee’s Title. As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Employee shall be the chief legal officer of the Company.
Employment; Title. The Company hereby employs the Executive as an executive officer, with an initial title of Executive Vice President, and the Executive hereby accepts such employment on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Executive shall have such authority and responsibility, and shall serve in such capacities consistent with that status, as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall render such other services and perform such other duties as may be requested of him from time to time by the Board.
