End of Week Seven. If awarded a Second Contract, the Evaluatee will meet with the Evaluation Committee, which will review the materials in the Evaluation File and suggest goals and objectives that the Evaluatee might wish to include in the Plan of Professional Development. The Evaluation Committee may decide to conduct additional observations and will inform the Evaluatee of its decision.

End of Week Seven. If awarded a Third Contract, the Evaluatee will meet with the Evaluation Committee, which will review the materials in the Evaluation File and suggest a revised Plan of Professional Development, if appropriate. The Evaluation Committee may decide to conduct additional observations and will inform the Evaluatee of its decision.
End of Week Seven. An effort will be made to select an Evaluator and notify the Evaluatee of this selection with the recognition that certain unforeseen circumstances may result in substitutions, as necessary.

  • Events Beyond Our Control If an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and prevents Us from performing any of Our obligations under this Contract to any extent, then We are not required to perform that obligation to the extent and for as long as We are prevented by that Event Beyond Our Control. If such an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and We consider it appropriate to do so, We may notify You of the Event Beyond Our Control by any reasonable means, including by a public announcement.

  • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

  • EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL 7.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

  • Completion of Concrete Pours and Emergency Work 24.14.1 Except as provided in this sub-clause an employee shall not work or be required to work in the rain.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
