Additional Observations. In the third year of provisional status, teachers shall be observed for a minimum of ninety (90) minutes during the evaluation year.
Additional Observations. In the third year of provisional status, employees shall be observed for a minimum of ninety (90) minutes during the evaluation year.
Additional Observations. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the faculty member from arranging additional teaching observations beyond the one required visit per year.
Additional Observations. In addition to observations for the Required Evaluations (9.2) the principal or other supervisors may make observations at any time during the school year. Suggestions or comments about the additional observations will be made available to the employee in a written report, as described above, if the information may be used in the final evaluation. The employee or the supervisor may request a meeting to discuss the observation and report.
Additional Observations. In addition to the required formal observations, additional observations may be conducted for the purpose of gathering additional artifacts and evidence for the evaluation process. The evaluator shall document these observations on the Observation Form (Appendix C-3) and provide a copy to the employee within five (5) days of the observation. The employee shall be entitled to a post-observation conference with respect to such observations upon request. Such documentation shall be used to support and complete information gathered during the required formal observations.
Additional Observations. In addition to the observations required under paragraph B4 herein, the evaluating administrator or his supervisory designee may make additional observations. All these observations must be conducted with the knowledge of the employee concerned.
Additional Observations. One subtle change to prior versions of the methodology was that in the 2012 RPS RFO PG&E agreed to explicitly calculate congestion cost for each Offer. The 2012 solicitation protocol displays the congestion cost multipliers for each load zone, where in prior RFOs an overall LMP multiplier was shown that incorporated the effect of both congestion and losses. Congestion charges estimated for each Offer variant were also displayed in the confidential summaries of valuations provided to PG&E’s Procurement Review Group. Decision 00-00-000 ordered the three IOUs to treat congestion cost as a separate variable. As noted above, the 2012 solicitation protocol now omits resource diversity as a specific component of the RFO Goals criterion. It also omits environmental stewardship and local reliability, which were previously included explicitly as components (though environmental benefits to low-income, high-unemployment, or air pollution-suffering communities is included in the 2012 protocol’s statement of the RFO Goals criterion). This appears to reduce the justification the utility might invoke in selecting lower-valued Offers that enhance the technology or fuel diversity of the short list, or that would benefit grid stability in local areas with shortfalls of Local Resource Adequacy. It also appears to reduce the justification PG&E might use as the basis to reject higher-valued Offers that pose significantly higher environmental risks, such as unavoidable impacts to threatened or endangered species.
Additional Observations. In addition to the observations required under paragraph 2.b. above, the employee’s supervisor may make additional observations during other periods of time. Observations that might later be used in an employee’s final evaluation shall be documented on the observation form and a copy shall be given to the employee within five (5) days of the observation.
Additional Observations. The site visits also yielded several observations that did not fit clearly into the sections listed above. Many host employers prominently displayed participants’ work, as reflected in the photos shown below. For example, at the Siblings Together site, the classrooms were adorned with youth participants’ poems and posters about civil rights. In addition, many host sites sponsored performances and showcases at the end of the summer to reinforce and expand what participants had learned during the program and highlight their accomplishments. For example, youths assigned to the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities performed a play at the Atlas Theatre that culminated a summer of instruction in stage management, lighting, sound, costume design, acting, and directing. The executive director of the Musicianship stated that there would be an end-of-summer showcase expected to draw 500 people, and that participants had performed for the U.S. Department of Education, DOES, and at Kings Dominion.
Additional Observations. Observations, other than those required above, may be held at any time during the performance of assigned duties, PROVIDED that such observations must be based upon the evaluation criteria and indicators outlined below, and must be documented in the same manner as provided in paragraph E-7, above. Such additional observations may be conducted at the discretion of the evaluator or may be prearranged by mutual agreement. If there is an area of concern based upon such informal observation, the employee shall be notified in writing within ten (10) days. If not notified in writing within ten (10) days, the informal observation may not be used in any way as part of the employee’s performance evaluation. At employee request, there shall be a meeting within five (5) days following any informal observation.
