End User Information. (A) In order to accommodate billing and collection of end user accounts, resellers must make the billing names and addresses of their end users available to all telecommunication carriers.

14.2 Grapevine may use the contact details of the End User:
a. to contact or correspond with an End User for the purposes of this Agreement; or
b. to send an End User newsletters and promotional offers from Grapevine or a third party. If an End User does not wish its details to be used for information or promotional purposes, then the End User should contact Grapevine on 13 35 00.
14.3 Grapevine may release the End User’s personal information when Xxxxxxxxx believes, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to:
a. comply with the law or any contractual obligation owed by Xxxxxxxxx to a carrier or supplier;
b. enforce or apply the terms of this Agreement; and
c. protect the rights, property or safety of Grapevine, suppliers, carriers or users, and others.
14.4 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the End User agrees t hat Xxxxxxxxx may use the End User’s personal information to verify their details and obtain credit information about them from related entities, credit providers, credit reporting agencies and TransACT Capital Communications Pty Ltd ABN 23 096 966 888.

End User Information. If the sale of a product requires you to collect, use or disclose, on our behalf, any personal information, you must do so in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and generally accepted good practice.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Corcentric only shall have the right to report the User Data in the aggregate, with data from other Corcentric clients and customers to a third party, for purposes of Corcentric’s marketing, provided that the data does not identify the specific source of such data, and will not be used to market to DTNA Dealers.
End User Information. You agree not to use, copy or disclose personally identifiable information about End Users that you gather as a result of their download or use of Applications for any purpose other than to perform your obligations under this Agreement.
End User Information. Client shall have sole ownership and control of the information and data collected from End Users of Client, including but in no way limited to all SMS data transmitted by ZIM, such as SMS content, end user's mobile phone number, and other End User data. Such End User Information shall be considered Confidential Information.
