END-USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. FUJIFILM Corporation The license of the Software (as defined below) granted hereunder is contingent upon the Licensee’s acceptance of all the terms provided herein, and any use of the Software by the Licensee shall be deemed as such acceptance. This Product contains software ("Software") and related written materials ("Documentation"). The term "Software" shall include any updates, upgrades, modified versions, additions and copies of the Software licensed to you by FUJIFILM Corporation ("FUJI").
END-USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. Buyer is authorized to sublicense the Software to End-Users only under the terms and restrictions of the End-User Software License Agreement and hereby agrees to be bound by such terms and restrictions. Buyer shall require each End-User to receive and accept the End-User Software License Agreement as a condition precedent to the purchase and license of the Seller-Products. Seller has the right to review procedures for ensuring that End-Users enter into the End-User Software License Agreement and Buyer shall comply with all modifications to such procedures requested by Seller. Buyer agrees that it will accept the return of the Seller’s Products from End-Users who do not wish to be bound by the terms and restrictions of the End-User Software License Agreement and will return all monies paid by such End-Users for the returned Seller Products.

Notwithstanding anything else set forth in this Agreement, Netronome shall be solely responsible for including the license agreement that Netronome requires to accompany the Finished Products that are purchased by OEM and sold to End-Users. Such license agreement may be in either in a tangible “shrink-wrap” form that is included in the shipping cartons that contain the Finished Products or be in the form of an electronic “click-through” license agreement that is embedded in the Finished Product and required to be accepted upon installation. The Parties agree that as between OEM and Netronome, with respect to any Licensed Materials included in a Finished Product that Netronome will be the licensor of such Licensed Materials to the End-User.
END-USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. Licensee shall electronically include the End User Software License Agreement (“EUSLA”) that is delivered by Licensor with each copy of Software, separately, or as distributed in Products. Licensor may modify or alter the EUSLA for subsequent use, provided that Licensor shall provide a written copy, in Microsoft® format, of each modification. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the modified EUSLA, Licensee will (i) accept the modifications (acceptance not unreasonably withheld) or (ii) only if the modifications adversely affect the use thereof by End Users, object in writing with written proposed edits and the parties will, time of the essence, endeavor to quickly reach agreement and acceptance. Upon acceptance, Licensee shall cease using former versions, and all transactions thereafter shall be by and under the latest version(s).
END-USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. This End-User Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective on the date last signed below between Acres Gaming Incorporated, a Nevada corporation, having an office at 815 X.X. Ninth Street, Corvallis, Oregon 97330 ("Licensor") and Crown Limited ACN 006 973 262, a corporation organized under the laws of Australia and having an office at 99 Qxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx ("Xicensee").
