Common use of Endorsement B Clause in Contracts

Endorsement B. It is hereby understood and agreed that the indemnity herein granted is intended to cover the legal liability of the insured to workmen in the employment of contractors performing work for the insured while engaged in the business and occupation in respect of which the within policy is granted but only so far as regards claims under any Workmen’s Compensation legislation or common law in force in Singapore;

Endorsement B. It is hereby understood and agreed that the indemnity herein granted is intended to cover the legal liability of the insured to workmen employee in the employment of contractors performing work for the insured while engaged in the business and occupation in respect of which the within policy is granted but only so far as regards claims under any Workmen’s Work Injury Compensation legislation or common law in force in Singapore;

It is hereby understood and agreed that the indemnity herein granted is intended to cover the legal liability of the insured to workmen in the employment of contractors performing work for the insured while engaged in the business and occupation in respect of which the within policy is granted but buy only so far as regards claims under any Workmen’s Compensation legislation or common law in force in Singapore;
