Energy Reduction Plan. Customer must provide to Consumers Energy their Energy Reduction Plan describing the equipment and steps that will be taken to meet their curtailment nomination. Program Rules. The terms of this Agreement reflect the current Program terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time by Consumers Energy. Amendments are mutually agreed between the parties and recorded as an amendment or eliminate “which may be amended from time to time by Consumers Energy”.
