Construction and Demolition. Contractor must contact a customer service representative (CSR) at Oakley Disposal Service, Inc. to arrange for service for any and all construction and demolition work to be performed as part of this project unless Contractor has been approved by the City as a “self-hauler” as defined in Oakley Municipal Code §4.20.

Construction and Demolition. Construction and/or demolition may be done in or near the Premises and if same interferes with the ventilation, view and/or enjoyment of the Unit, Tenant’s obligations under this Lease shall, in no way, be affected.
Construction and Demolition. Debris as defined in Chapter 403, Florida Statutes, as may be amended from time to time, shall mean discarded materials generally considered to be not water- soluble and non-hazardous in nature, including, but not limited to, steel, fence, screen, metal, glass, brick, concrete, asphalt roofing material, pipe, gypsum wallboard, and lumber, from the construction or destruction of a structure as part of a construction or demolition project or from the renovation of a structure, and including rocks, soils, tree remains, trees, and other vegetative matter that normally results from land clearing or land development operations for a construction project. This includes non-vegetative construction and demolition debris as a result of a fire, and manmade or natural disaster, to include hurricane debris.
Construction and Demolition. (C&D) Material • The excavated fill material shall be re-used on-site as backfill material as far as possible. • The surplus excavated material should be disposed of at the designated public fill reception facility, as agreed with the Secretary of the Public Fill Committee, for other beneficial uses. • C&D waste would require disposal to the designated landfill site. • In order to monitor the disposal of C&D materials at the public fill reception facility and landfill and to control fly-tipping, a trip-ticket system should be included. Construction and Demolition. DEBRIS (C&D) COLLECTION Contractor shall collect C&D from residential customers and commercial customers that have source separated the C&D from solid waste and placed the C&D in roll-off containers provided for collection by Contractor at the rates established in accordance with Article 12 below. Contractor may tag and reject containers of C&D that contain contaminants or contaminated C&D, and shall report such incidents to County. Contractor shall provide collection in a manner that best suits the needs of the customer. Contractor shall collect C&D at the designated location agreed upon by Contractor and customer. The designated collection location, if disputed by customer or Contractor, shall be determined by County.
Construction and Demolition. Construction and Demolition Wastes mean wood, wallboard, metal, glass, paper, plastic, concrete and other recyclable and non-recyclable solid wastes, including mixed waste, generated by residential, commercial and industrial demolition, remodeling, and construction activities. Containers are available in sizes ranging from ten cubic yards to 40 cubic yards. Construction and Demolition (C&D) customers must contact a customer service representative (CSR) at Allied Waste to arrange for service. The CSR will determine if the drop box contains recycle material and will ensure that all construction and demolition material, including dirt and cement, are directed to a permitted processing facility. The diversion goal of these mixed loads at the processing facility is a minimum 50%. The CSR will also ascertain if the customer requires documentation to comply with City of Pleasant Hill Municipal Code. Allied Waste will provide the documentation to both customer and the City within ten calendar days of service. Allied Waste will report to the City any flagrant violations of the City C&D Ordinance. Allied Waste will obtain a cumulative 50% or greater diversion from C&D customers on an annual basis through its implementation of this program.

Construction and Demolition. Construction and/or demolition may be done in or near the Premises and if same interferes with the ventilation, view and/or enjoyment of the Unit, Tenant’s obligations under this Lease shall, in no way, be affected. The foregoing sentence shall not grant Landlord the right to unreasonably interfere with the ventilation system in or serving the Unit, provided, however, Landlord shall have the right to temporarily interrupt the ventilation in relation to maintenance, repairs and/or temporary shut downs, in the event of casualty, in circumstances beyond Landlord’s reasonable control and/or as required by law.
