Engage with Local Community. The goal of this subtask is to engage with the residents and community at the multi-family site. • Organize an initial community workshop: ○ To obtain input from the public that lives in the multi-family building or nearby on issues of concern to the disadvantaged communities ○ Introduce the community to this project ○ Prepare a Community Engagement Report to describe results from community workshop, attendees, findings and discuss other topics such as how tenants can enroll in existing energy-efficiency programs and incentives. • Community Engagement Report (draft and final)

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • Professional Development Leave A. Policy. Professional development leave shall be made available to employees who meet the requirements set forth below.   • Labor-Management Cooperation When an Appointing Authority initiates a planning process or management study which is anticipated to result in layoff, the Appointing Authority will meet and confer with the Local Union during the decision planning phase and again during the implementation planning phase. The Appointing Authority and the Local Union shall enter into negotiations regarding a Memoranda of Understanding upon request of either party to modify this Agreement regarding the implementation plans which shall include, but are not limited to, the following: • Length of layoff notice; • Job and retraining opportunities; • Alternative placement methods; • Early retirement options pursuant to M.S. 43A.24, Subd. 2(i); • Bumping/vacancy options for part-time employees to preserve their insurance eligibility or contribution; and • Other methods of mitigating layoff or their effect on employees.

  • Normal Commercial Relations Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Loan Trustee, any Noteholder or any other party to any of the Operative Documents or the Pass Through Documents or any of their affiliates may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Company, fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Company for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.

  • Extended Health Care Plan ‌ The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable extended health care plan.

  • Industrial Relations 4.1 The Unions agree that, provided the provisions of this Agreement are implemented, no stoppage of work shall occur. 4.2 During any temporary stoppage by the CFMEU Federated Engine Drivers and Firemen’s Association Division members, the Lift Driver shall remain on site to operate the lift to carry passengers.
