Engager’s Responsibility. ‌ The Engager shall not be responsible for the public appearance of an Artist's name, likeness, photograph or image in connection with any performance if it shall be proved that the name or likeness of the Artist was placed before the public by the Artist, the Artist’s personal representative or manager, or without the knowledge or consent of the Engager.
