Engineering and Related Services. When procuring architectural engineering or related services supported with federal assistance appropriated or made available for 49 U.S.C. chapter 53 or provided in any other law requiring the Award to be administered under 49 U.S.C. chapter 53, the Recipient agrees to comply and assures that each of its Subrecipients will comply with 49 U.S.C. § 5325(b). (p) Design-Build Projects. As provided in 49 U.S.C. § 5325(d), the Recipient may use a design- build procurement to carry out its Design-Build Project, provided that it complies with applicable federal laws, regulations, and requirements, and follows federal guidance.
