– Engineering Design and Calculations. This task includes preparing the necessary equipment and product research and selection and preparation of the necessary calculations to support the project design. These will be submitted at the 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% completion points. As part of each submittal, review and responses to QA/QC comments from the prior submittal will be included.   • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.
