Design Development Phase Services. 2.5.1 Prepare and submit to Owner and, at Owner’s option, to Construction Manager, for Owner’s approval design development documents based on the approved Schematic Design Documents and any adjustments to the Facility Program or Construction Cost Limitation authorized in writing by Owner. The design development documents shall incorporate the GMP Proposal approved by Owner, and shall fix, illustrate and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials, Site development and such other elements as may be appropriate and must consist of Models, drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details and diagrammatic layouts of building systems. The design development documents shall also include preliminary specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish in general their quality levels. Design Development Phase Services are the services provided by the Architect/Engineer during the Design Development Phase of the Project as more thoroughly defined in Section 3.7.

Examples of Design Development Phase Services in a sentence

  • The Design Development Phase shall not begin unless and until Owner delivers to Architect written approval of the Schematic Design Documents and written instruction to proceed with Design Development Phase Services.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Development Work means any work defined in Schedule 1 to be undertaken by the Company;

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process. "Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.
