Engineering Feasibility Study. Within one (1) year of the Department’s approval of the Scope of Study, the permittees shall submit a final Engineering Feasibility Study which evaluates the engineering feasibility and construction costs of the alternative methods from the approved Scope of Study for providing flow releases from Xxxxxx Xxxx Reservoir to the segment of Xxxx Xxxxx between Xxxxxx Xxxx Reservoir and the West Branch Naugatuck River and from Xxxxx Dam Reservoir to the segment of Nickel Mine Brook between Crystal Lake and the West Branch Naugatuck River.
