Engineering Services Support. Notwithstanding any acceptance by Customer, Supplier's obligation to provide Engineering Services shall include support for such Services until the expiration of the warranty period. Such support shall be available to Customer on-site, if requested, at no additional charge and shall not be limited to Supplier's normal working hours.
Engineering Services Support. No service days are included. Projects required by County will be billed at Contractor’s then prevailing Engineering Services rates, less 40%.
