Engineer's Coordination with Owner. 13.1 The ENGINEER shall be available for conferences with OWNER so that SERVICES and work can be provided and completed with the full benefit of OWNER experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with current policies and construction standards of the OWNER.
