Engineer's Reports. The Agent and each Lender shall have received a copy of each of the Engineer's Reports, which Engineer's Reports shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

Engineer's Reports. (a) Within 60 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent and each of the Banks an Engineer's Report for all Engineered Properties (separately identifying each Engineered Property) prepared by the Independent Petroleum Engineers, and setting forth, with respect to each property covered, as of the last date of such fiscal year:
