ENGLISH LANGUAGE AGREEMENT GOVERNS. Where CPI has provided Subscriber with a translation of the English language version of this Agreement, Subscriber agrees that the translation is provided for Subscriber’s convenience only and that the English language version of this Agreement governs Subscriber’s relationship with CPI. If there is any conflict between the English language version of this Agreement and such translation, the English language version will prevail. This Exhibit sets forth certain additional terms and conditions (“Flex Billing Terms”) pursuant to which Subscriber may charge Users fees for the use of Subscriber’s Charging Stations. In order to charge such fees, Subscriber must subscribe to a Cloud Plan that includes CPI’s management, collection and/or processing services related to such fees (“Flex Billing”).
