ENGLISH LANGUAGE AGREEMENT GOVERNS. Where CPI has provided Subscriber with a translation of the English language version of this Agreement, Subscriber agrees that the translation is provided for Subscriber’s convenience only and that the English language version of this Agreement governs Subscriber’s relationship with CPI. If there is any conflict between the English language version of this Agreement and such translation, the English language version will prevail.
