  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
