Common use of Enrollment Projections Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Projections. Each year of operation, the School will provide the Institute with its best estimates of its anticipated enrollment for the next school year in accordance with pupil enrollment projections provided by CDE staff. In the event that the projected enrollment materially differs from the Institute’s estimate of anticipated enrollment, the Institute reserves the right to base initial funding estimates on the more conservative figure. It is agreed by the parties that the purpose of this Section is to provide information to allow the Institute to prepare its future budgets, and that any information provided under this Section will not be used by the Institute for the purpose of restricting the School’s enrollment or otherwise inhibiting the growth of the School.
