Common use of Enrollment Projections Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Projections. Beginning with its second year of operation, the School shall provide the District with its latest and best estimates of its anticipated enrollment for the next school year by March 1, along with any discussion or plans under consideration for any increase or decrease of enrollment greater than 10 percent (10%) of the official membership for the current school year. The parties agree that the purpose of this Section is to provide information to allow the District to prepare its future budgets, and that any information provided under this Section shall not be used by the District for the purpose of funding pursuant to Section 7.2 above or for restricting the School’s enrollment or otherwise inhibiting the growth of the School.
