Ensuring Storage Arrangements. 8.1 To ensure storage arrangements for the intended supplies, the Supplier shall inform the Purchaser at least 0ne (01) week in advance. However, in case no space is available at the Purchaser’s premises at the time of supply, the Purchaser shall , at least 02 days prior to such situation, shall inform the Supplier, in writing, of the possible time frame of availability of space by which the supplies can be made. In case the Supplier abides by the given time frame it shall not be penalized for delay.
