Common use of Enterprise Agreement Clause in Contracts

Enterprise Agreement. Any disputes arising from the operation of this Agreement shall be dealt with through the following steps: 13.2.1 Any dispute shall be notified to the Enterprise Bargaining Committee which shall attempt to resolve the matter. 13.2.2 If the matter is not resolved, then it shall be referred to the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia for conciliation and/or arbitration.
