Entire Agreement, Order Of Precedence And Amendments. (a) This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties relating to its subject-matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications between the Parties relating to its subject-matter.
(b) This Agreement, including all documents incorporated by reference, as well as the Grant Letter, will prevail, notwithstanding any variance with any purchase order or other written instrument submitted by You, and whether or not expressly rejected by Us.
(c) Company reserves the right to amend any terms of this Agreement at any time. Any amendment will be effective on the posting of an updated version on the Trellix Legal Notices website.

(b) If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of any document forming this Agreement, the following order of precedence will apply to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency unless expressly agreed otherwise in any subordinate document:
(i) The Agreement will prevail over any Service Schedule and Grant Letter; and
(ii) The Service Schedule will prevail over the Grant Letter.

All pre-printed terms on a Customer Order are expressly rejected and will not apply.
