This XXXX represents the complete and exclusive statement of the XXXX between XXXX and End User with respect to the XXXX-Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications and arrangements concerning the subject matter contained herein. Any printed or other terms and conditions on a purchase order or similar order document conflicting with, or purporting to add to, the terms and conditions of this XXXX or its exhibits and addenda will be of no force or effect. In the event of any inconsistency between this XXXX in English language and any translation of it into another language, the English language XXXX shall control.
Entire XXXX. This XXXX, together with any other documents incorporated herein by reference, including any Purchase Orders, constitute the sole and entire EULA with respect to the subject matter of this XXXX and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, EULAs, and representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter.

Subject to Section 8, this XXXX, together with all other documents that are incorporated by reference herein, represent the complete and exclusive statement between XXXX and End User with respect to the XXXX Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications and arrangements concerning the subject matter contained herein. Any printed or other terms and conditions on an Order Form or purchase order or similar order document or agreement between End User and a Reseller conflicting with, or purporting to add to, the terms and conditions of this XXXX will be of no force or effect.
Entire XXXX. The XXXX as it may be modified from time to time is the entire agreement of the parties regarding its subject matter. The XXXX supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding its subject matter.
Entire XXXX. This XXXX and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to the Application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the Application.
Entire XXXX. This XXXX constitutes the entire XXXX between Owner and Licensee with respect to the Application and Documentation. No amendment to this XXXX shall be valid unless made by supplemental written XXXX executed and approved by Owner and Licensee. Except as otherwise provided herein, any and all amendments, additions, or deletions to this XXXX shall be null and void unless approved by Owner and Licensee in writing. Each party to this XXXX hereby acknowledges and agrees that the other party has made no warranties, representations, covenants, or EULAs, express or implied, to such party, other than those expressly set forth herein, and that each party, in entering into and executing this XXXX, has relied upon no warranties, representations, covenants, or EULAs, express or implied, to such party, other than those expressly set forth herein.
Entire XXXX. This XXXX constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
