Common use of Entitled Vacation Clause in Contracts

Entitled Vacation. Vacations will be granted to members of the Skilled Trades Department in accordance with the Vacations with Pay article in this Agreement. Provided, however, that during the period of June 15th to September 15th of each year, the Company will allow each seniority employee from each area to be on vacation for a minimum of one (1) week in this period of time.
