Entitlement/Scheduling. After a year of continuous employment, a twelve (12) month Employee shall be eligible for a vacation. Requests for vacation dates shall be submitted to the Employee’s immediate supervisor and must be approved by the Superintendent or designee. Every effort shall be made to meet the desires of the Employee and the needs of the school system in establishing vacation dates. The Superintendent shall keep a record of vacations earned and the dates taken. Only one employee in each category may take vacation at the same time. The superintendent xxx, at his discretion, approve additional employees for vacation at the same time if work scheduling demands allow such an approval. Where more than one Employee requests the same vacation date(s) and work scheduling demands reasonably prohibit all requesting Employees from being absent at the requested times, the Employee who first made application for the date shall be granted his/her preferred vacation date(s). In the case of a tie on the date of the vacation application, the Employee having the greatest seniority shall be granted his/her preferred time(s).

  • Payment Scheduling The earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date for each Xxxxxx will be designated within the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered when you are scheduling the payment. Therefore, the Service will not permit you to select a Scheduled Payment Date less than the earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date designated for each Xxxxxx. When scheduling payments you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is no later than the actual Due Date reflected on your Xxxxxx statement unless the Due Date falls on a non-Business Day. If the actual Due Date falls on a non-Business Day, you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is at least one (1) Business Day before the actual Due Date. Scheduled Payment Dates must be prior to any late date or grace period. Depending on the method of payment, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited prior to the Scheduled Payment Date. For example, if the selected method of payment is a draft, the draft arrives earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date due to expedited delivery by the postal service, and the Xxxxxx immediately deposits the draft, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date.

  • Shift Scheduling The parties agree that the following shift schedules are examples of the type which will provide the flexibility required to meet the needs expressed above provided the provisions of Article VII Section 4 (b) (i) and (ii) have been met.

  • Entitlement For the purpose of calculating six days per calendar year, one day shall be considered to be one day regardless of the regularly scheduled workday. Calculation for part-time employees and partial days will be on a prorated basis.

  • Vacation Scheduling (a) With the exception of authorized vacation carryover under Clause 18.6, the scheduling and completion of vacations shall be on a calendar-year basis.

  • Salary Impact of Reallocation An employee whose position is reallocated will have their salary determined as follows:

  • Basic entitlement (a) After twelve months continuous service, parents are entitled to a combined total of 52 weeks unpaid parental leave on a shared basis in relation to the birth or adoption of their child. For females, maternity leave may be taken and for males, paternity leave may be taken. Adoption leave may be taken in the case of adoption.

  • Shift Premium Entitlement (a) Employees working an afternoon or night shift as identified in Clauses 15.1(a)(2) and 15.1(a)(3) shall receive a shift premium for all hours worked on the shift.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Home and the Union subject to the following principles:

  • Vacation Entitlement i) A transferring employee will accrue vacation in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Payment Schedule Except as provided in section 6.10 Travel, Meals and Lodging, payments will only be made based on Deliverables outlined within the Authorized User Agreement. Any invoice not related directly to a completed deliverable will be rejected. Any charge included on the invoice without backup documentation as specified in the Authorized User Agreement (travel receipts, etc.) may be removed. Any outstanding charges un-invoiced or removed from the invoice must be submitted/resubmitted within 120 Calendar days or may not be reimbursed. Each Deliverable may contain a retainage allotment as specified within the Authorized User Agreement. Each invoice is to include a detailed and itemized list of all retainage withholds that are in place since the activation of the Authorized User Agreement. Payment schedule shall be based on the final Authorized User Agreement as negotiated by the Authorized User and Contractor. Payment is only to be made after the deliverable within the Authorized User Agreement is accepted by the Authorized User. A Contractor is encouraged to submit no more than one invoice per month. Invoices must include cumulative retainage holdback. Invoices submitted to an Authorized User must include backup documentation as defined in the negotiated Authorized User Agreement.
