Entitlement to Other Benefits. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, this Agreement shall not be construed as limiting in any way any rights or benefits that the Executive or his spouse, dependents or beneficiaries may have pursuant to any other plan or program of the Company; provided that the Executive shall not be eligible to receive any benefits under any circumstances under any severance plan or policy of the Company, including, without limitation, the Lydall, Inc. Severance Plan.
