Entrance Fees. Reasonable differences in entrance fees for other FRDAP projects may be allowed on the basis of residence, but only if the Grantee can clearly show that the difference in entrance fees reflects, and is substantially related to, all economic factors related to park management, and it is not simply related to the amount of tax dollars spent by the residents for the park; and that a definite burden on the Grantee in park maintenance costs clearly justifies a higher fee for nonresidents.
Entrance Fees. Grantees may charge user fees for the Project Site, as described in the Manual. Reasonable differences in entrance fees for RTP projects may be allowed on the basis of residence, but only if the Grantee can clearly show that the difference in entrance fees reflects, and is substantially related to, all economic factors related to park management, and is not simply related to the amount of tax dollars spent by the residents for the park; and that a definite burden on the Grantee in park maintenance costs clearly justifies a higher fee for nonresidents.
Entrance Fees. (a) The attached list of entrance fee liabilities as of November 30, 2009 is incorporated into this Section 3.3(e) by this reference. This list of entrance fee liabilities will be updated as of the Closing.
(b) The attached Paradise Valley Buy-In Refunds in Progress is incorporated into this Section 3.3(e) by this reference.
(c) Except with respect to Hillside, Stayton does not presently intend to collect additional entrance fees. If additional entrance fees are collected, an appropriate reserve will be made against the amount of such liability.
Entrance Fees. A non-refundable non-deferrable fee of $4,000* which is deducted from the first account.
Entrance Fees. By signing this Agreement and choosing the Entrance Fee refund option referred to above, and having selected a Residence, the Resident has agreed to pay a base Entrance Fee price of: Entrance Fee: $ [ initials] This base Entrance Fee price that the Resident has agreed to pay for the Residence specified in this Agreement will not be increased by Messiah Village after this Agreement is signed by you and is approved by Messiah Village fully executed. However, in the event that the Resident selects upgraded features, makes structural changes, selects a Residence with a basement option or decides to finish the basement, or makes any additional changes that are outside of the base price for the selected Residence, the Resident agrees to pay the additional amount due to Messiah Village for these features and amenities.
Entrance Fees. Purchaser shall receive a credit equal to 50% of the amount of the unamortized Entrance Fees. Stayton shall receive a credit equal to the discounted present value over a period of five years at a discount rate of 12% per year of 100% of the Entrance Fees held by lenders under the Assumed Real Property Loans.
Entrance Fees. Tenant shall be permitted to charge Entrance Fees to each new resident of the Retirement Community in connection with any Continuing Care Agreement entered into between Tenant and each such new resident. Tenant shall be entitled to retain its Marketing Fee from monies collected as Non-Refundable Entrance Fees.
Entrance Fees. (1) The Service will pay the Concessionaire 20% of the gross entrance fees (sales of passes and duck stamps are exempt) or up to $75,000 per year as compensation for the entrance fee collections operations on Wildlife Drive. Concessionaire will present the Service with a check for 100% of the entrance fees as provided and will be reimbursed for 20% or up to $75,000 per year. (See Exhibit A Operational Plan for details)
(2) A sum in the amount of one dollar ($1.00) per each and every person over the age of 15 tram passenger shall be paid to the Refuge as an entrance fee. This entrance fee shall be calculated separately from the percentage payment and subtracted from the Concessionaire’s Gross Receipts before the percentage payment is calculated. The entrance fee payment will be paid quarterly, in such a manner that the Refuge Manager shall receive this payment within five (5) days after the last day of the previous month in which that the Concessionaire has conducted concession operations under the Contract. The entrance fee payment shall be paid by the Concessionaire to the Service in a separate transaction and shall not be included with the percentage payments described in Section XIII, subsections A and B.
(3) The entrance fees described above shall not be subject to, nor shall the Service give consideration to, any request by the Concessionaire for a waiver, downward adjustment of the entrance fee, or other request for reconsideration of the prescribed entrance fee amount.
Entrance Fees. 1. Entrance Fee Options:
a. Independent Living: Choice of Declining Refundable Entrance Fee or 90% Refundable Entrance Fee.
b. Assisted Living: 90% Refundable Entrance Fee.
2. The Resident will pay to Xxxxxx Lakeside at Reeds Landing an entrance fee in the amount shown on the Summary Page of this Agreement (Entrance Fee) in accordance with the following schedule:
a. On executing the Residency Agreement, a Reservation Deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Entrance Fee, which will be subject to refund in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
b. The balance of the Entrance Fee on or before the Occupancy Date.
3. Refundability of Entrance Fees: Upon termination of this Agreement, per Section VI, Resident, Resident's Designatee as defined in VI.B.8., or Resident's estate shall be entitled to a refund of a portion of the Entrance Fee when the same becomes due, as follows:
