Entrance Fee. At the time of executing the Residency Agreement, you will be required to pay your Entrance Fee. When calculating the amount you owe at signing, Provider will apply your Reservation Deposit to the Entrance Fee amount, and you will pay the balance. Provider will deposit in escrow the Entrance Fee you pay and the funds will be released to Provider only upon the approval of the Department, which requires construction be completed and an occupancy permit issued; a long-term financing commitment has been received; and the total entrance fees received, plus the proceeds of the long-term financing commitment, equal or exceed ninety percent (90%) of the costs of constructing, equipping and furnishing the Community, funding start-up losses and assuring full performance of life care contracts.
Entrance Fee. You have already paid XxXxxx dollars ($ ) as a deposit toward your Entrance Fee. The balance of your Entrance Fee, dollars ($ ), is due on the Occupancy Date. Upon termination of this Agreement as specified in Section VII, and upon leaving the care of XxXxxx permanently or by death, you will be entitled to any refund of a portion of your Entrance Fee pursuant to Section VII.E.

Entrance Fee. The Entrance Fee is a fee to purchase a Lifecare contract upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Entrance Fee includes a First Person Entrance Fee for the first Resident signing this Agreement and a Second Person Lifecare Fee, if a second Resident signs this Agreement. The Entrance Fee is paid as a condition of entrance to the Community. Payment of the Entrance Fee allows the Resident to enter the Community and the Residence.

The receipt of the Advance Payment is hereby acknowledged by Community. The Advance Payment shall be deposited by Community in an interest bearing escrow account. The manner in which such funds will be invested and the names and experience of persons who will make the investment decisions will be provided to the Resident upon request. Interest earned on the Advance Payment from the date of deposit in the escrow account through the date of payment set forth in paragraph (B) below, less any administrative fees shall be paid to Resident by separate check. The interest paid to the Resident will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as taxable interest income. (B) Remaining Balance of Entrance Fee . Ninety percent (90%) of the Entrance Fee, less any interest credited, shall be paid by Resident to Community no later than the Resident’s Entrance Date.

Entrance Fee. At the time you sign your Reservation Agreement, Glenmeadow shall establish the date on which you may move into your residence (the “Occupancy Date”). At least seven (7) days prior to the Occupancy Date, you and Glenmeadow will enter into a Residency Agreement and you will pay the balance of your Entrance Fee due (the total Entrance Fee, less the amount of your deposit, plus the interest which has accrued.)
