Concession Operations definition

Concession Operations means all or any of the operations covered by the applicable Concession.

Concession Operations means any work required to be done or services required to be performed under this Permit for the Permitted Uses of the Assigned Space.

Concession Operations means the furnishing of food, goods and/or services to the public at retail prices, which such food, goods and/or services are customarily provided in commercial retail centers including, but not limited to, stores, restaurants, bars, push carts and food courts.

Concession Operations or “Retail Concession Operations” (SECTION 3 - Authorized Activities) means the non-exclusive privilege, as further described in SECTION 3, to finance, design, construct/develop, and manage and/or operate retail concessions (including the sale of Duty Free Goods), at the locations designated on the attached Second Revised Exhibit B.
