Upon activation of alarm system, you must immediately provide us (management) with your security code and any special alarm system instructions for lawful entry into the unit when no one is there, as authorized in your Lease Contract. You must reimburse us for any expenses we incur in entering your dwelling, when those expenses are due to your failure to provide foregoing information.
